I have been with Bresco for several years now. Service has always been outstanding. Recently had some problems due to a storm. They have been “on top of it” to make things right. Also, I found I had a VPN issue contributing to issues and once I fixed that – all is good now. You will not find better customer service at any firm, these folks are outstanding!! Their tech, William, is a class act – he gets things done. I cannot recommend Breshco enough.

Had a somewhat unusual connection problem. Jeff was phenomenal in helping me get reconnected. With his patience and knowledge, I always know and feel confident the issue will be resoved thoroughly and promptly!!

We live in the country and satellite internet is our only option. Bresco is definitely the way to go! We very rarely have an outages, and if we do they are on top of it. The speeds are great and we have a lot of things running on it at once. Kim in the billing/accounting department is amazing and will absolutely work with you on payment arrangements if needed. If you stay in contact with them, they are very willing to help you. Customer service reps are all very friendly and helpful as well. I recommend them 100%!
